Documenting the
modern creative process
in real time.

POP ROCK DISCO is a new media publication documenting the modern creative process in real time.

Volume 1 goes inside one of the world's most storied advertising agencies, following its leadership in real time as they reimagine what an agency can be in 2026; told across a three-part miniseries, an exclusive check-in with their new Chief Creative Officer, and a deep-dive conversation with the two leaders steering it all.

Subscribe to get early access, exclusive insights and takeaways, and insider experiences you won't find anywhere else.

Volume 1 drops September 28th - stay tuned and stay connected for one-of-a-kind access to modern creative work in 2026.

Welcome to POP ROCK DISCO -

PRD is a new multimedia publication documenting the modern creative process in real time.

One thing to note about PRD as we get going: there's no editorial calendar telling us when to publish.

Starting September 28th, we’ll publish new volumes + issues when there's something genuinely worth documenting and sharing vs. a dedicated “weekly content calendar”, but the publication itself never really pauses.

Between the big conversations and experiences in our flagship volumes, we're out exploring and connecting with creative professionals at every level, building an ongoing body of work that grows alongside the core programming.

What that looks like in real life:

  • The PRD Video Podcast: published as volumes + issues, these are real-time check-ins, features, and series with industry-leading creatives designed around what they're currently focused on in 2026.

  • PRD Newsletters: multimedia companions that go deeper into each guest's world, built around the insights, experiences, and moments worth sharing with others.

  • PRD Socials: the connective tissue that keeps you inside the work as it unfolds, with field notes, behind-the-scenes moments, and work in progress shared between our flagship volume releases.

As for me, I'm Vince, the creator and host of Pop Rock Disco.

I’m a former executive producer and head of creative media at Google, turned serial media founder who understands the pace, pressure, and complexity of high-level creative work from the inside.

In today’s media, most interviews happen after the work is already done, polished, and packaged into a repeatable story (and talking points).

I wanted something different…so I started the DISCO.

I want to connect with creative professionals pushing the boundaries of their industries while they’re still in the work. Inside the mess, the chaos, and the ambiguity. To bring people inside the modern creative process as it unfolds.

And that’s what POP ROCK DISCO aspires to be. Access. Trust. Real-time experiences with those who are inside the work.

And I think we nailed it. Welcome to the DISCO. 🪩

PS: Remember, we don’t publish at a “regular” cadence. Quality > Quantity. Subscribe to the (free) PRD mailing list to stay updated and get access to all upcoming volumes, events, and experiences. ; )
